Bioethanol Fireplaces

Bioethanol is a collective term used for a wide range of natural fuels made from plant matter. Where non-renewable fuels such as wood and coal emit greenhouse gases, bioethanol does not release harmful gases or odours into the atmosphere when it burns. As a result, bioethanol fireplaces don’t need a chimney and are very easy to install. They produce no smoke or ash and are a clean, mess-free alternative to traditional wood-burning fireplaces.

Since they don’t need a chimney, they offer design flexibility, with no clean ups, maintenance or stocking of wood. They provide instant heat with a pure, bright flame and are safe to use in any room. A bioethanol fireplace can provide the same heat in kW heat output as a closed combustion fireplace. Installation is easy and requires minimal masonry work, with models in the Nero Frame Collection requiring only screws to attach the unit to a wall.  No additional ventilation or electricity connections are required.

Choose between a built-in fireplace, a suspended fireplace, a wall-mounted fireplace, a freestanding fireplace or a simple bioethanol burner. They can even be used as a mobile fireplace, which is convenient in many ways: if you move you can take it with you; if you change the decor you can move the fireplace; and you can move it out to the patio if your party moves outside. Countertop versions look great installed as a feature surrounded by plants, glass or a decorative metal box creating dancing flames and shadows. Bioethanol fireplaces are ideal for apartments, bedrooms and for people that rent.
