Description
Designed with durability and strength at its core, this closed combustion fireplace features thick cast iron construction for exceptional stability and long-term resistance to high temperatures, ensuring dependable performance for years to come.
With its minimalist design, this freestanding fireplace becomes a feature in contemporary interiors.
Technical specifications:
Kratki’s cast iron fireplaces are forged from the highest quality cast iron and are built to last Poland’s harshest winters. As a result, each unit offers excellent thermal properties and durability.
To guarantee maximum strength, the cast iron is moulded to a minimum thickness of 8mm. Kratki’s internal cast iron components are engineered with structural ribbing and strengthening bends to improve rigidity (resistance to bending) and thermal stability. These Kratki designs significantly extend the components lifespan beyond normal standards.
The fireplace features primary, secondary, and tertiary combustion, controlled through two air control levers.
A triple deflector system enhances combustion efficiency and heat retention, ensuring optimal warmth with reduced fuel use.
A permanent secondary air intake is provided at the top of the glass door. This system is used by manufacturers of cast iron fireplaces that want their premium fireplaces to last for generations. By maintaining continuous secondary airflow, the fire remains steady even when the main air controls are fully closed – ensuring a consistent, efficient burn within the chamber. This system significantly reduces temperature fluctuations of the metals to protect the cast iron body for an extended lifespan. It also helps keep the fireplace glass clean and reduces soot build-up within the flue system.
To improve the safety and performance of the fireplaces, as well as increase their lifespan, the heat-resistant glass Kratki uses is of the highest quality. Thanks to the specialised, air-wash glass cleaning system, the soot deposits on the fireplace glass are greatly reduced.
The removable (slide-out) ash box allows for simple and easy cleaning.
The comfortable handle features a solid, ergonomic design with a modern aesthetic. Its perforated construction not only enhances the contemporary look but also helps to dissipate heat.
Direct fresh air system can be installed where only outside air supplies the fire – built-in external air inlet is 100 mm diameter.
A set of adjustable feet allow for the fireplace to be easily set level and at an exact height.
All Kratki’s wood-burning fireplaces come with a 10-year warranty. As a result, you can be confident that your fireplace has been designed with strength and durability at its core and will last for many years to come.
