While you’re cooking, the Entertainer’s bottom door doubles as a convenient work surface, as you sizzle up a storm.

This is a Forced Draught Entertainer which means that additional extractor parts must be purchased, including Ducting, Mock-Flue, Extractor Motor, Damper, or Weather-Dome. If your braai will be installed in an open area you can consider the Natural Draught Burner Entertainer, which vents into a normal chimney without the use of the additional extractor components.

Note: The Entertainer doors should always remain open while in use and/or hot.
