Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to give you the best service possible.

If you need to return an item after it’s been delivered and inspected at your home, you are welcome to do so, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Here’s how it works:

  • Please let us know in writing within 10 days of receiving your order if you’d like to arrange a return.
  • You’ll be able to choose whether you’d prefer an exchange or a refund.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and should not have been installed. If these conditions aren’t met, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
  • Returns need to be arranged through Freight Innovations, as they provide in-transit insurance to protect your goods. Shipping costs for returns are for your account.
  • Specially manufactured, pre-ordered, special-ordered, or sprayed items are often non-refundable. To help you make the right choice upfront, we’re happy to arrange colour samples before you order.
